Executed a high-stakes telecommunications project for Maxis and UMobile on a remote island, managing equipment installation, site decommissioning, and network testing under severe environmental constraints. With boat transport as the sole connection to the island and zero vehicle access on-site, the team navigated daily jungle hikes while manually hauling heavy gear in relentless rainy season conditions. Operating within strict daily timeframes due to extreme weather risks and daylight limits, the deployment was successfully delivered while maintaining rigorous safety standards to avoid being stranded in the wilderness.
